Payment and Confirmation
The registration will be confirmed. For online payments, we take MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. Please be advised that discount codes cannot be applied to online registration. If you have a discount code, please let us know, and we shall issue an adjusted invoice indicating the discounted amount. We also accept wire transfers as our method of payment.
Registration Verification
We will inform you of receipt of your registration after the reception and verification of payment through our bank or payment service provider. All proof of payment must be accurate.

Special Discount for Early Registrants
The 30 first participants who registered within one month following the submission of their abstract receive an early bird discount of 20% on Package A or Package B.
